Michael Kirschberger
Michael Kirschberger is an author whose work is rooted in lived experience, international entrepreneurship, and a deep understanding of human decision-making.
After school and practical training, he emigrated to Spain, where he completed professional education as an API – Agente de la Propiedad Inmobiliaria. Before the age of 23, he founded his own real-estate agency in Marbella.
What began as a single office expanded to further locations in Sotogrande and Palma de Mallorca, later evolving into a multi-sector enterprise with its main headquarters in Switzerland.
Following the COVID-19 pandemic, Michael stepped back from operational business to focus on writing and coaching—concentrating on clarity, structure, and the human forces that shape success, failure, and long-term direction.
