Non Fiction

Publish what others won’t.

“Censorship in Europe rarely arrives with bans — it arrives with compliance.”

KPFTV Editions is not only a publisher. It is an archive of ideas under pressure — built for authors who refuse to self-censor, and for readers who want arguments that hold up.

Evidence first Receipts over rituals Built for scrutiny Designed for impact

Publisher doctrine (plain English)

  • No euphemisms. Clear definitions, clear stakes, clear conclusions.
  • No vibes. Claims must survive counter-arguments and evidence checks.
  • No self-censorship incentives. We engineer clarity under pressure.
  • No amateur publishing. Covers, metadata, positioning, distribution — professional.

Feindbild AfD

Jonathan Falk

Language policing, stigma, and power: how “acceptable speech” gets defined — and enforced — in real time.

We publish the unsayable — responsibly.

“Controversial” is not a genre. It’s a stress test. We publish only what holds up: definitions, evidence, counter-arguments, and conclusions that don’t collapse.

Clarity over compliance

We don’t publish to match the mood. We publish to explain what’s measurable and what’s happening underneath the slogans.

Receipts over rituals

Big claims require architecture: terminology, sources, timelines, causal chains — and intellectual honesty.

Impact over performance

We engineer readability: pacing, hooks, chapter logic, clean prose — because truth must land to matter.

PATTERN RECOGNITION

The modern “ban” is a workflow.

The chilling effect doesn’t need a Ministry of Truth. It needs rules, liability risk, enforcement incentives, and a culture where self-censorship is framed as “responsible.”

Mechanism
From private moderation → to outsourced legal risk → to institutional enforcement.
Germany
NetzDG effective Oct 1, 2017: complaint workflows + transparency reporting.
EU
DSA entered into force Nov 16, 2022; Commission can fine up to 6% global turnover for breaches.

Jan 8, 2021 · Platform moderation

Twitter permanently suspended @realDonaldTrump “due to the risk of further incitement of violence.”

Dec 23, 2025 · US visa bans

Included as a documented flashpoint where speech governance becomes geopolitics.

AUTHOR ENTRY PROTOCOL

Write critical Non-Fiction. Apply.

KPFTV Editions publishes authors with substance — not authors seeking approval. If your work attracts pressure, controversy, or institutional resistance, that is not a liability. It is often a relevance signal.

Submission requirements (read carefully)

  • Your thesis in one sentence: what exactly are you claiming — and why now?
  • Your evidence base: sources, data, documents, field expertise, or verifiable experience.
  • Your target reader: who must read this — and what should change afterward?
  • Status: proposal, partial manuscript, or completed book.
  • Scope: what you cover — and what you deliberately leave out.

Editorial boundary: KPFTV Editions publishes controversial ideas only when they are argued responsibly. No calls for violence. No dehumanization. No cheap provocation. Hard analysis is required. Recklessness is not published.
